Every bride is different and we cater for all styes.

CALL-OUT/TRAVEL FEE

• All service fees listed above are NOT INCLUSIVE of the artist's travel fees to come to your requested location/venue.
• A separate call-out/travel fee will be provided (per artist required for the booking) based on the location/distance to travel to.

PARKING FEES: 

• All service fees referenced above DO NOT include any associated parking fees incurred for the artist/s to park at the requested venue/hotel on the day of the booking.
• Should any parking fees be incurred by the artist/s on the day these fees will be passed onto the client for reimbursement on the day of the booking. 

EARLY MORNING SURCHARGES

For all bookings that require the artist/s/hairstylist/s to start between;

• Before 5:30 AM will incur a $85.00 ex GST fee per artist hired. 
• From 5:30 AM – 6:15 AM will incur a $65.00 ex GST fee per artist hired. 
• From 6:15 AM – 7:30 AM will incur a $45.00 ex GST fee per artist hired. 
• From 7:30 AM onwards no charge

The booking start time will be based on the time required to complete all the services by the requested end time.

WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGES:

• Bookings on a SATURDAY will attract a 10% Service Fee Surcharge if there are less than 3x services booked per Artist/s required (Makeup & or Hairstyling services)
• Bookings on a SUNDAY & OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS will attract a 15% Service Fee Surcharge (Single & or Group bookings)

OVER-TIME: 

• If you are running late for an appointment and/or an appointment exceeds the scheduled timeframe that we have allowed as a result of delays cause by the client, an additional fee of $15.00 ex GST per 15-minute over-time increment will be charged on top of the total cost of your service/s.

Additional drying of hair 

• When dry Hairstyling has been booked (not applicable to a booked blow-dry)
• For us to nail that hairstyle you’re after and still keep to your time schedule, we’d love for you to have your hair washed and dried before we arrive/commence your hairstyling.
• Please note that an additional cost of $25.00 ex GST will be added to the booking if your stylist is required to dry off your hair prior to styling if it's too wet/damp to style.

TRIALS (Hair & or Makeup)

• The same service fees apply to any makeup and or hair styling trials. (Monday – Friday) at our home-based studios (location supplied upon booking request)
• A travel/call-out fee (per artist required) will apply for trials to be done at another location.
• Trial bookings requested on a WEEKEND (based on availability) will attract a 15% Service Fee Surcharge

LAST-MINUTE Booking Request Admin Fee: 

• Bookings requested by the client with less than 24hrs notice (from the booking date/time) will result in a 5% service fee surcharge due to re-arranging the artists' schedule to accommodate for the last-minute booking, including the expedited administration required to facilitate the last minute request for the client at short notice.

Booking Retainer Deposit

• All bookings made through the Sparks Makeup Artistry Team will require an upfront BOOKING RETAINER amount to be paid to secure your requested appointment date & time. (The amount will be referenced on the invoice issued at the time of booking)
• All booking retainer amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients/people/future bookings (Partial refunds and transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sparks Makeup Artistry) according to the cancellation policy as provided with the full terms & conditions provided at the time of booking.

10% GST

• Sparks Makeup Artistry is a registered business for GST therefore, a Goods and Services Tax (10%) applies to all service fees quoted/invoices issued.
